The old hay rake from the Maritime Relics series, presented clean: just the photograph and a crisp white border, with no title or signature. Left to rest in a snow-covered field in rural New Brunswick, its iron wheels and curved tines have weathered to a warm rust against the cool blue-grey of the wooded hillside behind. Photographed on Kodak Ektar 25 film near Welsford, New Brunswick, around 1991.
The Gallery Edition suits a minimal space, or anyone who likes to frame with their own mat. Available as a Poster, Metal Framed Poster, or Acrylic Print with a white border, or as a Canvas print with the photograph running edge to edge, each in 12x18" and 16x24". The poster is printed on 200 gsm semi-glossy paper with a subtle sheen that lifts colour and resists fading.
